Terms of Service

1. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.
When creating an account, you agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information

  • keep your account information up to date

  • maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Customer Content and Permissions

“Customer Content” means any data, files, documents, images, messages, or other materials that you upload, submit, or store within the Services.

You retain ownership of your Customer Content.

You grant Tradeforce a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and create backups of Customer Content as necessary to provide the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your Customer Content:

  • does not violate any law

  • does not infringe the rights of third parties

  • complies with applicable contracts and regulations

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Services or interfere with their operation

  • access the Services using unauthorized methods

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

  • upload malware or malicious software

  • use the Services to violate laws or regulations

  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

Tradeforce may implement usage limits or technical protections to ensure platform stability and security.

4. Service Availability

Tradeforce strives to provide reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • maintenance

  • updates

  • infrastructure failures

  • internet outages

  • third-party service disruptions

5. Intellectual Property

Tradeforce and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including:

  • software

  • documentation

  • designs

  • trademarks

  • logos

  • technology

Except for the limited rights granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties may exchange confidential information.

Each party agrees to:

  • protect the other party’s confidential information

  • use it only for purposes related to the Services

  • not disclose it to unauthorized parties

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Tradeforce processes personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights related to:

  • data access

  • correction

  • deletion

  • opting out of certain processing

8. Security

Tradeforce implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the Services and Customer Content.

You are responsible for:

  • securing your account credentials

  • using appropriate security practices

  • promptly notifying Tradeforce of unauthorized access

9. Beta Features

Tradeforce may provide beta, preview, or experimental features.

These features:

  • may change or be discontinued

  • may not be fully supported

  • are provided “as is.”

10. Fees

Some Services may require payment under a subscription, order form, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • fees are non-refundable

  • taxes may apply

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADEFORCE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

  • merchantability

  • fitness for a particular purpose

  • non-infringement

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADEFORCE AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • indirect damages

  • incidental damages

  • consequential damages

  • loss of profits

  • loss of data

  • business interruption

Tradeforce’s total liability will not exceed:

  • the fees paid for the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim, or

  • $100 if no fees were paid.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Tradeforce against claims arising from:

  • your misuse of the Services

  • your violation of these Terms

  • your Customer Content

14. Data Backups

Tradeforce may create backups of Customer Content to support service reliability.

However, customers remain responsible for maintaining their own backups of important data.

Tradeforce is not responsible for data loss beyond the remedies described in these Terms.

15. Suspension and Termination

Tradeforce may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

  • you violate these Terms

  • security risks are detected

  • required by law

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Upon termination, certain provisions survive, including:

  • intellectual property

  • confidentiality

  • limitations of liability

16. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws, including those of the United States.

You represent that you are not located in or affiliated with any jurisdiction subject to U.S. trade sanctions.

17. Force Majeure

Tradeforce is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters

  • internet outages

  • infrastructure failures

  • government actions

18. Changes to the Services or Terms

Tradeforce may update the Services or these Terms periodically.

If material changes occur, we will provide notice where required.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

If you have a separate written agreement with Tradeforce (such as an order form or master agreement), that agreement will control where conflicts exist.


If you have a separate written agreement with Tradeforce (e.g., master subscription agreement or order form) that conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement will control for the applicable Services.
